Extraction centrifuge is immersed Manual Top Discharge Filter Centrifuge; it features as simple structure, reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, flexible control time, skimming thickness according to material property.

The material is fed into the basket through the feeding pipe on the hermetic closure casing; under the action of the centrifuge force, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the basket and, after the machine is stopped, the material is discharged from the top. The centrifuge has such features as smooth running, easy & convenient operation as well as conducting feeding, washing and dehydrating under the state of hermetic closure, etc.

1.Machine with the solvent inlet and outlet with ball valve could discharge and fill the liquid when you want.

2.Machine with 2cm thickness jacket could cool the reaction temperature.

3.The inlet and outlet of the jacket are placed Horizontal tilt to make sure the cooling efficiency as high as much.

4.We also placed the machine motor in the bottom of the machine.
This could increase the machine extraction volume and the filter bag also could be placed in easily.

5.And the motor are explosion-proof type to avoid the solvent fire.
