These are 4 most important parts that can directly tell by the machine quality and also influence the machine production capacity and machine service life a lot.

CO2 Pumb



1.Our CO2 Pumb adopted best quality in the market which used all Stainless steel inner cavity  and 3 all ceramic stick to reducethe noise greatly and also will keep the machine work stably in the long time running.

2.The working pressure can achieve 50 Mpa instead of the normal pumb 40 Mpa.The using life is the normal pumb5~10times.

3.Max pressure can achieve 65 Mpa to protect the pumb safe.And the cost is at least 3-5 times of normal one. 

4.The normal low quality pumb of others pressure only 40Mpa.Machine adopted low quality Iron Steel.The pumb stick is low quality steel stick which is easy to wear and leak.Not safe to use long time once the pressure is higher than safety pressure when operation error easy to occur accident.

5.The normal pump using life only 5-12 months once beyond the warranty period the abrasion will be more serious and start to leak CO2 or even stop work.

6.Once the pumb occur leakage or stop work is very difficult to repair and the replace the machine parts.And workers installation fees areextremely high about at least USD 6,000 for engineer repairing and Foreign Tickets

Cooling System  

1.High efficiency Air-cooled type water cooling make CO2 tank low down in the suitable temperature and speed up the extraction speed.Inner with high quality compressor can bear High-intensity work.

2.The cryogen all are R407 which is Environmental friendly refrigerant which can meet European and American countries using standard.

3.Machine with R407 Environmental refrigerant meet the environmental standard and high heat exchange efficiency instead of others R22 type.Once need Supplementary refrigerant is hard to find in local.

4.And our cooling system all using Australia high quality Coolson brand.And once the low quality one stop work can only change the inner compressor which will increase the maintenance cost.

Machine Valve



1.The balanced pressure Valve are the most important part of the machine.Directly influence the production process speed and product quality.

2.And this is also the easy damage part.The using frequency is the highest in production.So this part we using the best brand in the market of 'USA' brand TESCOM this valve brought the most reliable performance.

 3.Valve of poor quality plastic handle when in the low temperature easy to break and not accurately to control the flow.

4.And some factories even use the valve no any production just directly contact with the metal.This will cause work accident very possibly.


50MPA Pressure(pipe and tank design)

Our kettle all adpoted SUS 304 and we caiculate the machine size as the inner material capacity instead of the kettle volume their machine will smaller than us at least 25~30%.

All our kettle used the screw connection instead of the welding.thickness and weight of kettle also are much more thicker than others.Even though we increase lots of cost but this can protect our customers production safe more.
