The main structure consists of the stainless steel square pipe and aluminum alloy square pipe. Air flow is provided by  fan filter unit FFU,
anti-static curtain around, covered the seal blind in the top to reach a sealed zone, the inside cleanliness class will be ISO Class 4~8 / FS209E
Class 10~100000; it is very suitable in the high cleanliness requirements of the workshop zone, e.g. assembly line work zone, high precision products assembling zone.
