Product Description

The pass thru box is a critical part of the product transfers which occur in every cleanroom. Although simple in design, the use
of a pass box is essential to the maintenance of the high level of cleanliness within the cleanroom. The pass box significantly limits
the amount of outside air exposed to the clean zone. With the use of either a mechanical or electrical interlock system, the cleanroom
is protected from the cross-contamination which would occur if both doors were to open simultaneously. Atmos-Tech constructs

The pass box with air shower has dust-cleaning function, so can be even more effectively stopping the open loop air circulation. Furthermore, the transported goods only enter the clean area after got air blown over, so the pollution can be minimized and dust particles will be effectively prevented from being carried out into the "dust-free room" by the transported goods.

This facility is a kind of auxiliary equipment for the clean room and is mainly applied to the goods transmission between the clean and non-clean areas, preventing the outside dust particles from coming into the clean area due to air circulation.
