The VHPB series sterilization transfer cabin is a special sterilization equipment that can provide absolute biological
decontamination on the surface of the article when transferring articles between different functions. It is equipped with a dedicated hydrogen peroxide VHP generator, a sterile air supply system, an electromagnetic door interlocking system, a closed system, a residue removal system after sterilization, a dedicated HMI (human machine interface) and a sterilizing medium delivery system. It is widely used for surface sterilization at room temperature in places such as pharmacy, medical treatment, sanitation, biological experiment, etc.

Efficient sterilization: The VHP transfer window uses gaseous hydrogen peroxide as a sterilization agent, which has a broad spectrum sterilization effect, and can effectively kill bacteria, viruses, spores and other microorganisms, with a sterilization rate of more than 99.9999%.

Intelligent control: The equipment is equipped with advanced control system, which supports two modes of operation: automatic and manual. Users can set sterilization time, temperature and other parameters according to actual needs to achieve accurate control. At the same time, the system has fault alarm and self-protection functions to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Instructions for use:

1. Preprocessing
Place the item to be delivered into the VHP Pass Box, ensuring that the surface of the item is dry and clean.

2. Sterilization process
Start the VHP sterilization system and select the sterilization time as needed. The system will automatically generate and release hydrogen peroxide vapor for sterilization.

3. Transmission
After sterilization is completed, the internal system will notify the operator to release the double door interlock. The operator can open the door on one side of the clean area to remove sterilized items.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Regular cleaning
After each use, the interior of the VHP Pass Box should be cleaned to prevent residues from affecting the sterilization effect.

2. Check the sealing
Regularly inspect the sealing strip and interlock device of the door to ensure their normal function.

3. Replace consumables
Regularly replace the hydrogen peroxide liquid and UV lamp according to the equipment manual to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

Notes:

1. Safety protection
During operation and maintenance, protective gloves and masks should be worn to avoid direct contact with hydrogen peroxide.

2. Environmental requirements
