Product Description

The isolator contains a toxic dust collection box, namely "bag in bag out filter" system. Thus, it can be directly discharged to the outdoor meeting the requirements.

The air in the fluidized bed equipment FBD in the API equipment will be controlled by the isolator. Only controlling the air change of the isolator can directly reach the control of the air in the FBD. Always inhale and exchange air during work

All devices are equipped with touch screens. It is installed outside the isolator, and the operator can operate outside the isolator. Each isolator design one PLC control.

The height of the glove operation can be customize according the machine working position.

From the drawing, the isolator including 3 section, in isolator 1 there's Granulation Line about 5kg/batch process,after the coating step the granule will through the chamber transfer to isolator 2. Tablet pressing work is process in isolator 2, after press into tablet, the finish tablet will transfer to isolator 3, it's blister packing machine.


Bag in and bag out filtration system will filter the toxic substances in the isolator. The system will provide fresh air into the isolator.
When exhaust the air will through the exhaust bag inlet and outlet filtration system. it can be directly discharged to the outdoor meeting the requirements.
The system will install at the back side of the isolator to keep the good appearance at front side.
