The pass thru box is a critical part of the product transfers which occur in every cleanroom.Although simple in design, the use of a pass box is essential to themaintenance of the high level of cleanliness within the cleanroom. The pass box significantly limits the amount of outside air exposed to the clean zone. With the use of either a mechanical or electrical interlock system,the cleanroom is protected from the cross-contamination which would occur if both doors were to open simultaneously.
Pass-Thrus for small or large parts, wheeled carts, and even personnel. The cleanroom pass box is made of stainless steel and is smooth and clean. The two doors are interlocked to effectively prevent cross-contamination. Electronic or mechanical interlocking devices are provided and ultraviolet germicidal lamps are provided.
Features
1. The work surface of the short-distance transfer window is made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth, smooth and wear-resistant.
2. The work surface of the long-distance transfer window adopts a non-powered roller, which makes it easy and convenient to transfer items.

Working principle
1. Mechanical interlocking device:
Internal interlocking is achieved in a mechanical form. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
2. Electronic interlocking device:
Internal integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. are used to achieve interlocking. When one door is opened, the door opening indicator light of the other door is not on, indicating that the door cannot be opened, and the electromagnetic lock is activated to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the other door starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened
