Product Description

Laboratory Cleanroom Use Anti-Corrosion PP Fume Hood1. Adopt single seam exhaust structure to effectively exhaust harmful gas.
2. Streamlined handlebar, there is a gap between the handlebar and the glass. Since the air flow on the table is rotating, effective air intake is ensured from the surface.
3. The window anti falling pin shall be set. In case the steel wire rope falls off and the glass window falls down accidentally, the anti falling pin will catch it to prevent personnel from being injured.
4. Toughened glass is used for glass windows. Even if the glass is accidentally damaged or exploded, no injury will occur.
5. The upper part of the fume hood is provided with ventilation holes, so that the air can enter even if the glass window is closed, so as to avoid greater negative pressure.
6. The shell of the fume hood is made of metal material, which is fireproof and non combustible. The inner cavity shall be made of flame-retardant or non combustible materials such as anti doubling plate and stainless steel plate, and the table top shall be made of solid core physicochemical plate or stainless steel plate to prevent acid and alkali, heat and flame.
7. The effective height of the glass window is 800mm, the inner cavity is 1200mm, and the height of the table top is 800mm. It conforms to ergonomics, is easy to operate, has a large use space, and improves safety.
8. The water nozzle and gas nozzle are equipped with remote operation handles outside the cabinet, which is more convenient and safe than direct manual operation.
