Instructions for use:

1. Preprocessing
Place the item to be delivered into the VHP Pass Box, ensuring that the surface of the item is dry and clean.

2. Sterilization process
Start the VHP sterilization system and select the sterilization time as needed. The system will automatically generate and release hydrogen peroxide vapor for sterilization.

3. Transmission
After sterilization is completed, the internal system will notify the operator to release the double door interlock. The operator can open the door on one side of the clean area to remove sterilized items.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Regular cleaning
After each use, the interior of the VHP Pass Box should be cleaned to prevent residues from affecting the sterilization effect.

2. Check the sealing
Regularly inspect the sealing strip and interlock device of the door to ensure their normal function.

3. Replace consumables
Regularly replace the hydrogen peroxide liquid and UV lamp according to the equipment manual to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

Notes:

1. Safety protection
During operation and maintenance, protective gloves and masks should be worn to avoid direct contact with hydrogen peroxide.

2. Environmental requirements
The equipment should be installed in a clean, dry, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity.
