Product Description

The pass thru box is a critical part of the product transfers which occur in every cleanroom. Although simple in design, the use
of a pass box is essential to the maintenance of the high level of cleanliness within the cleanroom. The pass box significantly limits
the amount of outside air exposed to the clean zone. With the use of either a mechanical or electrical interlock system, the cleanroom
is protected from the cross-contamination which would occur if both doors were to open simultaneously. Atmos-Tech constructs
Pass-Thrus for small or large parts, wheeled carts, and even personnel.

 

Basic Performance Requirements:

1. Cleanliness requirements in laminar flow transfer windows: Class A;

2. Inside and outside double-layer shell, the inner circumference arc treatment, ensure seamless connection;

3. Laminar flow design, air flow up and down back mode, bottom with 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design, and set reinforcement;

4. Filter: initial effect filter with G 4, high effect filter with H14;

5. Wind Speed: after passing through the HEPA filter, the outlet wind speed is controlled in the range of 0.36-0.45m/s (tested at 150mm below the HEPA plate) .

6. Pressure difference function: display filter pressure difference (range high efficiency 0-500Pa/medium efficiency 0-250Pa) , accuracy ± 5pa;

7. Control functions: fan start/Stop Button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock, set UV light, design a separate switch;

8. An access port is arranged at the lower part of the transfer window for fan maintenance.
