The main structure of this cold storage is carefully made of three materials: stainless steel, color steel plates, and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). Among them, stainless steel ensures the corrosion resistance and stability of the structure; color steel plates enhance the outer protection and appearance adaptability; and FRP optimizes the overall practicality with its lightweight and acid-alkali resistant properties. For the thermal insulation material, rigid polyurethane foam is specially selected. This material has a high closed-cell rate, which can effectively block the exchange of hot and cold air and provide reliable guarantee for the stable temperature inside the cold storage.
At the same time, the composite wallboards of the cold storage are manufactured using advanced industry technology. They not only have the advantages of light weight and high specific strength, which facilitate installation and reduce the load-bearing pressure of the building, but also possess excellent thermal insulation performance that can lower refrigeration energy consumption. In addition, the wallboards also feature corrosion resistance, anti-aging, anti-mite, non-toxicity, and mildew resistance, enabling them to adapt to long-term low-temperature service environments. Under lower temperature conditions, the structural stability and thermal insulation effect of the wallboards are more fully demonstrated, further meeting the needs of low-temperature storage.
