Air Shower is used to blow away dust on clothing, equipments, materials and tools before workers or objects enter the Clean Room; meanwhile, its Air Lock function may effectively control personnel passing in and out, as well as act as various levels of buffer room for clean room to prevent cross pollution.

This system consists of an enclosed chamber with multiple nozzles that blast clean, HEPA-filtered air onto personnel or objects entering or exiting a clean area. The purpose of an air shower is to remove loose particles, such as dust, dirt, and other contaminants, rom the surface of clothing, skin, or transported goods to prevent them from entering the controlled environment.

Upon activation, the air shower initiates a high-speed burst of air that effectively blows away particulate matter. Depending on the sophistication of the system, it may include automated doors, touchless controls, interlocking mechanisms, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal performance and safety.
