Overall Appearance

• Main Material: It's a 304 stainless steel cabinet with a rectangular shape (custom corner or special shapes are also available). Unlike standard double-door pass-through boxes, it has three independent hatches, connecting three separate rooms/areas (e.g., one medical staff area plus two wards or clean rooms). It is equipped with a three-door interlock system (only one door can be opened at a time).
• Hatch Details: Each door features a visible tempered glass window, handles and locks, plus sealing gaskets around the frame to ensure airtightness. The interior usually has rounded corners for easy cleaning, with built-in UV germicidal lamps. Some models come with self-purification/laminar flow systems, control panels and indicator lights.
• Layout Styles: The common installation type is embedded in three walls (arranged in an L-shape or triangular layout, not stacked vertically), to run through the walls of three independent spaces. Custom vertical styles are also available, with an overall bright metallic finish and a clean industrial look.
• Key Features: It shares basic functions with regular clean pass-through boxes, but adopts a three-way structure and three-door interlock. It is used for material transfer, isolation and disinfection across three zones, widely applied in hospital isolation wards, biosafety laboratories, pharmaceutical clean workshops and other special clean areas.
